Before the installation, you should check whether the impeller of the chassis is damaged in the transportation
or handling. The fan must be installed on the concrete foundation or fixed on steel framework. An anti-vibration device must be fixed to the machine frame, and the wind outlet needs a canvas hose to reduce the vibration and avoid resonance vibration while running. The vibration will affect the effect of the fan.In installation, pay attention to checking whether the connecting parts are loose. Pull the impeller and fan
shell to see if the clearance is even. If there is any collision, it needs repairing before installation.
If hoisting installation is used, a hoisting frame must be equipped as well as vibration damping spring or rubber bumper for vibration damping and the steeve for hoisting.
The air sucking pipe of the fan should be bigger than the air outlet pipe, with the tolerance less than 10%.
The air inlet needs a hopper-shaped mouthpiece. Users must install the fan as required.
The fan should be installed evenly, and the non-evenness cannot exceed 2%.
After installation, check whether there are any sundries inside the fan. Also check whether the motor belt
wheel and the impeller belt wheel are at the same horizontal level.
When supplying power to the fan, you should install a starter as the overloading protection device for a
delta power connection in case of 2.2kw electromotor.
Before turning on the fan, you should check whether the power supply, the switch and wire connections are correct, and the terminal wiring is safe and secured. Turn on the machine only after ensuring safety.
The electromotor needs moisture-proof and water-proof. Keep the electromotor covered lest the machine burnt out.
Convey main bearing should be injected No.3 bearing grease or No40 liquid mechine grease twice each quarter
There should not exist too much water in the snail hull.and the wind wheels and inside of the machine should
be cleared up regurally.lacking of parts,overload and water in the machine or dusty on the hull those factors
cause damaged. Maintaining in wrong way or the main bearing of wind machine , wind wheel and irresisiblenatural disasters are not included.
